Very cute romantic comedy! I really enjoyed it. It had some very funny and very sweet moments. And yes, Mark Ruffalo was in it. It was just what I needed on a horrible rainy dreary day.

Netflix Synopsis: Shortly after David Abbott (Mark Ruffalo) moves into his new San Francisco digs, he has an unwelcome visitor on his hands: winsome Elizabeth Martinson (Reese Witherspoon), who asserts that the apartment is hers -- and promptly vanishes. When she starts appearing and disappearing at will, David thinks she's a ghost, while Elizabeth is convinced she's alive. Their quest for the truth ultimately leads to love in this spectral romantic comedy.

LOL....I LOVE movies. We went to many more before we had Lyla.

Did you take your husband--or is this too much of a chick flick?

I love Reese Witherspoon but have been reluctant to check this one out because of the lack of buzz. Thanks for reviewing it--now maybe I will.

Dave didn't go with me mainly b/c he was staying home with Lyla while she was napping and I needed to get out of the apartment. I'd go either way on this one. If there wasn't anything more appealing for Dave to see, I think he'd enjoy this movie. However, since he wanted to see The History of Violence and there are several other movies that he'd want to see, I elected to not try to get him to see this with me. It's really good though. So I guess it depends....would your husband enjoy Serendipty or Nottinghill? If the answer is "no", then I wouldn't take him to see this movie.

I loved this movie. I laughed; I cried. I'm such a sucker for a sweet fairy tale romantic comedy.
