If you are tired of all of the hair in your home from your hairy pet, the Shed’N Blade is the thing for you. I have two cats. One of the cats is long haired and one is short haired, but they both have a LOTs of hair. Every single morning we have to vacuum if we don't want to look at cat hair and one of my cats gets sick from all of the hair he ingests. I've been desperate to do something and at one point we were having them shaved but it's no longer convenient. I called a pet store yesterday and they recommended Shed'N Blade.

This grooming tool is amazing. They warned me that I should use it outside if possible, but it's not possible, so I'm having to be careful the hair doesn't fly too far away from me. You brush the cat from top to bottom and it removes all of their dead and unwanted hair. The cat seems to like it because she keeps coming back for more. You would not believe the amount of hair that has been coming out. I'm completely addicted to brushing her with it because I get such satisfaction seeing all of the hair that is coming out. When I use a regular brush not much hair comes out.

Anyway, I highly recommend this product. They make them for dogs and cats. I purchased mine locally from a place called Dudley's Paw located on Greenwich Street in Tribeca. However, I included a link so you can see a picture and also if you want to order online.

That sounds amazing! I have a cat and a dog and all I do is vacuum too-regardless of how much we brush.

Thanks for the tip Tracy...I will definitely be purchasing one.

They're cheap too. The one I bought was around $9.00.

Do you remember the collie we used to have? I used to use one of these for her to remove her undercoat. It worked amazingly well. And you are right, it is best to use this outside because the hair flies everywhere!

Ooh, I am definitely going to get this. Vixen started shedding like crazy about a month ago. It's calmed down a lot now, but I still find way to much hair around, thanks!

I bought one of these wonder blades and I love it. I use it on my very furry cat and I just can't believe the amount of hair that come off of her...and she does seem to love it.

It doesn't work exactly as well on my dog but maybe I just need to buy one that's suited for his fur but the cat one is great!

Thanks, Tracy.
